Introducing:  Winter Pre-Team Clinic

Session 1:  January 9 - 31      Session 2:  February 6 - 28

California Capital Aquatics (CCA) offers a Winter Pre-Team Clinic for swimmers who want to learn the four competitve strokes.

Purpose: The Winter Pre-Team Clinic has two objectives: 1) To learn the proper technique of the four competitive strokes. 2) To introduce swimmers to the CCA coaches and programs.

Where: Practices will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool.  Class size will be limited to four to six participants in each group.  There will be two groups offered for each session:

     Session 1:

          Group 1 (57052):  4:30pm - 5:00 pm (no class on 1/16)

          Group 2 (57053):  5:00pm - 5:30pm  (no class on 1/16)

     Session 2:

          Group 1 (57054):  4:30pm - 5:00pm  (no class on 2/20)

          Group 2 (57055):  5:00pm - 5:30pm  (no class on 2/20)
