Invitational a huge success!
This
Father’s Day weekend, CCA hosted a very successful
11th Annual Summer Sanders Invitational. Over 550
top swimmers from 37 teams competed at the three day meet, making
it one of the most competitive meets in the event’s
history. New meet records were set in eighteen of the
meet’s thirty-two events, with 20 swimmers posting Olympic
Trials qualifying times including nine swimmers who achieved new
Olympic Trials cuts. CCA placed 3rd in the team competition,
led by individual high point earners, Evan Virtue, Adam Jorgensen
and Whitney Jorgensen.
