Debbie Walker - Senior Group Coach email
Coach Debbie Walker brings 30+
years coaching experience to CCA as the Head Coach. Debbie is a
graduate of San Francisco State University with a K-12 teaching
credential. She is married to Bob Walker, our Age Group Coach, with
two grown daughters. Coach Debbie has a passion for coaching and is
a full-time professional dedicated to the sport of swimming.
Coach Debbie has many coaching
accomplishments including:
- Sierra Nevada Age Group Coach of
the Year for three consecutive years - 1996, 1997, and 1998, and
again in 2004.
- Produced Olympic Trials
Qualifiers, Senior National Qualifiers, Junior National Qualifiers,
Junior National Record Holders, National Age-Group Record Holders,
and Far Western Record Holders.
- Coached numerous High School
All-American swimmers and CIF Section team titles.
- Assistant Coach at Walnut Creek

Coach Bob Walker brings over 25
years experience in coaching to CCA as a year round Coach. He also
oversees the Fall Program, which takes place from August - November
each year. Bob is a graduate of the University of California at
Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education and
Psychology. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in School
Counseling.

|  | Scott Marchetti - Red Group Coach email
Scott grew up in Hercules,
California and moved to the Sacramento area in August 2005. He
attended Pinole Valley High School and was involved in football,
track, and swimming throughout high school. After high school,
Scott attended Contra Costa College in San Pablo, California where
he continued to play football. Scott holds an Associate of Arts
degree from Sierra College in Rocklin in both Liberal Arts and
Transfer Studies. Scott is currently attending California State
University Sacramento pursuing a degree in Physical
Education.

Bonnie began coaching with CCA in
2005 as an interim coach and quickly became the year round coach
for CCA’s novice swimmers. She has 15 years of competitive
swimming experience and has enjoyed successes in college with
championship relays. Bonnie has always enjoyed working with kids as
a swim instructor. She resides in Rocklin with her husband, John,
of 13 years, and their two children, Justin and Megan.

|  | Stacie Olveda - Adult Program/White Group Coach email
Stacie began coaching for CCA in 2006 as an assistant
coach for the Yellow group. In 2008, after returning from a
semester at San Diego State University, Stacie began assisting with
the Blue group and became the coach for the new adult swim
program. Stacie has 13 years of competitive swimming
experience, including many years as an age group and senior
swimmer. Stacie is currently attending Sacramento State
University pursuing a degree in physical education.
